Roof Washing
Whether shingle, metal, or clay tile we have the experience to clean them all, and we have. The black streaks everyone refers to is Gloeocapsa Magma. This is an airborne algae that thrives in our wonderful gulf coast environment. We safely kill and remove this algae using a soft wash process that is recommended by A.R.M.A. (asphalt roofing manufacturers association). We have the experience and knowledge to prevent any damage to you home or plants.
Concrete Washing
There's a couple different methods of cleaning concrete, chem wash and scrubbing. Scrubbing is the most common method but there are situations where a chem wash may be the preferred choice. Concrete cleans up extremely well and could keep that new look for some time. There are many factors that play into concrete staining, irrigation, drainage, and rain just to name a few. Here at Islander Pro Wash we assess the situation and decide on the preferred method for each project. There are times when it may require multiple treatments to reach optimal cleanliness.
Structure Washing
House washing is typically an annual service in this part of the world. Florida humidity will generate mildew and algae growth fairly quickly. We work in all of the neighborhoods around Pace, FL. and many more in both Milton, FL. and Cantonment FL. as well. Typically the trim of the house requires the most attention, whether it's vinyl, stucco or wood. This generally includes soffits, gables, porches and columns, doors and windows too. There are occasions where the brick will need to be cleaned as well and it's most likely the lower 2 foot where there's very little sun and it stays wet. Here at Islander Pro Wash we address each home by what it needs independently. Many homes in Pace, Milton, and Cantonment areas may look alike however, the amount of sunlight and rainfall works effects each one differently.

Can your roof wash damage my plants? Yes. We have customers relay their horror stories to us and it's not good. Preparation, knowledge and experience will prevent this from happening and we bring it all.
Do I need to be home? No. We understand most people work Monday through Friday. We simply need access around the home and we can take it from there.
Will your house wash cleaners hurt our plants? No. Ours will not.
Do you have insurance? Yes.
How long have you been pressure washing? Over 12 years. We have been washing roofs, homes, pool screens, driveways, statues and even church steeples for a long time in our communities. We are respectable, honest, efficient and fair, and we really enjoy what we do.
